We always look for the best offer from our logistics partners and deliver with X4U, GLS, DHL, BRT, DPD and Brigl directly to the delivery address you specify.
- Order value up to 149 €: transport costs 6,90 €
- Order valuefrom 150 €: no transport costs
- Italy cash on delivery additional 5 €
- Order value up to 149 €: transport costs 9,90 €
- Order value from 150 €: no transport costs
Rest of EU
- Order value up to 149 €: transport costs 19,90 €
- Order value from 150 €: transport costs 14,90 €
- Switzerland: customs clearance additional 40 €
Express delivery Italy, Germany, Austria (orders until 10.00 a.m., Saturday & Sunday excluded)
- Order value up to 199 €: transport costs 25,90 €
- Order value from 200 €: transport costs 79,90

The normal delivery time after receipt of order is 5-7 days. For express delivery 24 hours (except Saturday and Sunday).
On Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, Christmas and New Year's Eve there is no delivery.
We will inform you immediately in case of delivery delays or delivery problems.
We are not obliged to deliver in case of unavailability of the goods. We will inform you as soon as possible and refund any payments already made by you without delay.
In the case of special offers, we can only deliver while stocks last. We are generally entitled to make partial deliveries.
Incomplete / faulty delivery
If you find that the goods you have ordered are incomplete or that you have ordered something else, please contact us immediately by telephone: +39 0473 562777 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please notify us so that we can have a faulty delivery collected by our logistics partner. If you wish to return the parcel yourself, please send it back to us as a standard postal parcel. We will then reimburse you for any costs incurred.
Return of goods
The costs of a possible return or exchange of the goods are to be borne by the buyer. After receipt and processing of your return, you will receive an e-mail from us. You can decide whether you would like the money to be transferred back to your bank account or offset against your exchange.
We have taken out transport insurance with the freight company to cover the entire risk of damage or loss of the goods in transit.
Please make absolutely sure that you receive an undamaged package from the carrier. If you wish to accept an only slightly damaged parcel, please write the note "with reservation" on the acceptance slip. Without this note, the acceptance of an opened or damaged parcel is tacitly deemed to be a proper delivery.
We ask you to check the parcel when you receive the goods. If there is damage to the parcel or something indicates that the goods have been broken, we ask you to put the following note next to your signature: ACCEPTANCE WITH RESERVATION
The packaging costs are already included in the shipping costs and will not be charged extra.
The shipping costs can only be calculated once the item is in the basket.
